Business Development/Marketing Director

Panzica Construction Company is looking for a Business Development/Marketing Director to help cultivate and grow business development opportunities in the Cleveland and surrounding Northeast Ohio area.  This individual will be responsible to:

  • Foster and develop relationships with new and existing clients
  • Help create business development and marketing strategies with senior  management and be responsible to implement those strategies
  • Attend client and industry functions in effort to promote business
  • Develop and submit proposals for services requested by clients
  • Analyze business opportunities for feasibility and workload.  Help manage Pre-Construction workload with Director of Pre-Construction Services

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in construction industry with 5 years serving in a marketing/business development role
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in creating clean, crisp, professional proposals
  • Strong sales background, particularly in construction/design build, particularly selling to the Healthcare market
  • Have a strong knowledge of construction delivery methods and ability to walk clients through these processes.
