Panzica Construction Company has been engaged by the Cleveland Browns as their contractor of choice for projects at the stadium in downtown Cleveland and the Headquarters and Training Facility in Berea. Description:
Addition of exterior escalators to the new Cleveland Browns Stadium that lift patrons 73’ from main concourse to upper concourse. The Project required pre-ordering the escalators in order to insure completion within an extremely aggressive timeframe. Furthermore, the early release of the elevator package mandated precise coordination of the structural steel fabrication and erection.

Description:
Consolidation of two luxury suites into a lavishly over-sized space with seating capacity of 24 guests, making this the largest suite at the stadium. The project included major renovations to interior features including upscale millwork and marble counter tops, new carpeting, ceiling and walls.

The most elite viewing areas in Cleveland Browns Stadium are the luxury suites. The climate-controlled suites stretch above both sidelines, offering unparalleled sight lines of the gridiron. All 147 suites feature: imported Italian granite buffet, wet bar and drink rail, solid white maple millwork, plush armchairs, custom upholstered barstools, extra-wide cushioned stadium seating and an easy access mini-kitchen.
