Description:
This all-inclusive project consisted of a 4-story Courtyard by Marriott Hotel with 122 units and a 3-story TownePlace Suites Hotel with 86 units. Common area construction included two swimming pools, restaurant and meeting facilities. In addition, complete site improvements were provided for both hotels inclusive of all site utilities, asphalt paving and landscaping.
