Description:
Acting as construction manager, we oversaw construction of a complete senior living community encompassing 100 acres. The project consisted of a single story, 62 unit, health care center, a 2-story, 52 unit apartment building, a community center and 144 individual units. Also included were carports and covered walkways linking all buildings. All site improvements were made including landscaping and paving.

Panzica’s association continued with Kendal when we were engaged as a construction manager to provide pre-construction and construction phase services to successfully complete a new enclosed natatorium.
