Description:
As a result of our pre-construction and early construction phase success at the St. Mary of the Woods community, the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago Service Corporation negotiated a similar contract with Panzica Construction Company to manage the construction of a new, 2-story, 30-unit assisted living structure along with a new 3-story long term nursing facility at the existing Mount Alverna senior living community in Parma. The project also includes interior renovations to a 150-bed addition at the existing nursing home.
