| Description: Sitting on 35 serene acres of land, this new 42,000 s.f. masonry and glass facility was designed for both worship and theatrical productions capable of accommodating full stage and lighting requirements. 1,050 theatre-style seats were placed in a sloped configuration to allow comfort and visibility to all in attendance. Critical sound deadening specifications were needed because of its proximity to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The project included a 3,000 foot road and, in accordance with EPA requirements, has a complete independent sanitary drip system. |
