Description:
Construction management including all pre-construction and construction phase services provided for the new 4-story, 235,000 s.f. The Plain Dealer Publishing Company’s corporate headquarters in downtown Cleveland. The project proved to be most difficult because the construction site was not much bigger than the structure being erected. The building exterior utilizes custom pre-cast panels installed on 15 degree angles from vertical, custom composite panel system for roof edge details and curved custom made glass and glazing system including curtain walls installed at 15 degree angles.
