| Description: The first phase of the development features 96 independent living apartments comprised of one and two bedroom floor plans contained in multi-story buildings over an underground parking garage. The project also includes 48 assisted living units, a 30-bed health care facility and a 25,000 square foot, one-story community center centrally located on the site. The site area is approximately 23 acres of wooded and agricultural-type terrain. The total building area in Phase I is approximately 197,000 square feet. |
