| Description: This project entailed the construction of a new 2-story classroom building, gymnasium and music building. It also included extensive interior renovations and redevelopment of the entire site. The building construction consisted of masonry exterior and bearing walls, a structural steel skeleton and precast concrete plank. The project was unique in that the existing renovations had to be completed during the 2-1/2 month summer break and required extensive coordination amongst the trades in order to meet this aggressive schedule. |
