Description:
Panzica Construction Company acted as a pure construction manager and administered all aspects of this publicly bid project. It is a full service community center inclusive of gymnasium with specialty rubber flooring and suspended running track. Also included are exercise and locker facilities along with associated meeting spaces. The attractive brick building features a prominent porte cochere and the village signature light green metal roofing.
