Water Street Apartments

Description:
Renovation of old Bardons and Oliver warehouse building that was used to make turret lathes. Renovation included demolition of all interiors, crane rails, boilers, masonry etc.

New work included the construction of 100 lofted apartment units with all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. New public areas included new elevators, trash chute, fire protection, wood base, chair rail, etc. New entries and sidewalks were installed at the exterior along with cleaning and tuck pointing.
